Riemann Kollektion is a German sound design label based in Berlin. The main focus is on releasing Royalty Free Loops & Oneshots Sample Packs in the genre Techno. Additionally Riemann Kollektion is producing and licensing sounds to major companies in the music industry like Native Instruments, Ableton or Steinberg Cubase.
The concept behind Riemann Kollektion was invented by founder and CEO Florian Meindl during his Music Technology studies at the University of West London in 2009.
In 2015 Riemann Mastering has been established with an own mastering studio and an analog signal chain, equipped with Manley, Prism Sound, Elysia, EVE Audio and Tegeler Audio gear. Regular clients include Richie Hawtin and Minus, Toytonics and FLASH Recordings.
The strength of the label is the established producers and engineers behind, who all have remarkable careers in the scene with releases on well known labels and the use of heavy analog gear in two music-studios, which can be seen on Riemann’s social media.
Many guest producers like Pan-Pot, Shlomi Aber, Jamie Anderson, Christian Smith, Wehbba, Phil Kieran, contributed over the years.

Licensing agreement for 24bit WAV samples:
1. What am I purchasing?
When you purchase one of our sample libraries you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sounds in the library. You are in fact purchasing a LICENCE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the OWNER of the sounds.
Once purchased your license is NONTRANSFERABLE which means that the license is authorized only to the original purchaser. You are not permitted in ANY way to share the purchased sample library with others. We work closely with the BPI and other International organizations to monitor illegal internet file sharing. If you are engaged in the illegal file sharing of our products we WILL gain sufficient evidence to prosecute you in line with current copyright laws.
2. How can I use Riemann Kollektion Samples?
Once you have purchased one of our sound libraries you have a single user license which permits you to use samples from that library in your own musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further royalties or fees for such usage.
You cannot use the sounds from our sample libraries in isolation for a commercial release or project. For example you are not authorized to create another sample CD or sound library with any of the sounds from our products. Doing so will infringe copyright law and you will be liable for prosecution under the copy write design and patents act 1988. You are permitted to use the sounds in library or production music as long as you follow the guidelines above and use sounds in musical compositions rather than in isolation.
AI Sound generation / AI Music generation training: It is strictly prohibited to use Riemann Kollektion or Ashram Sounds samples to train AI programs. If you want to license large amounts of audio samples for AI training please contact us to make an agreement: info@riemannkollektion.com

Templates License Agreement:
You can release music you did with the help of templates commercially if you
change each single melody by 20% minimum. You can use drum patterns as they are
and all audio files are royalty free.
We highly recommend to use the templates to learn how a song is structured and
how to produce a song and as a starting point for your own track. You should
change the notes but also the macro settings to create your own unique sound to
avoid sounding like somebody else.
What you cannot do:
You must not produce own sample libraries with the template or re-sell the
template.
It is prohibited to put the template on any file sharing platforms.
You don't have the right to claim ownership on any melodies or the whole
template as it is.
Download of purchased products is possible immediately after payment, except large sample pack bundles (over 20 Gigabyte) - they can take up to 24h to be sent via e-mail. Download of digital products is always via a download link - no postal shipment whatsoever. Re-download of digital products (sample packs, templates etc.) is not possible - please back up your purchased products carefully.
